Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to operate our website, process orders, communicate with customers, and improve our services. Some information may be processed or backed up outside Canada and may therefore be subject to different privacy laws.

You may choose not to provide information, although this may prevent you from using some website features or completing an order.

When you visit our website, we may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and click activity. We use this information to administer the website, diagnose problems, understand how visitors use it, and improve the customer experience.

We collect information you provide through forms, email, artwork uploads, checkout, and customer-service communications. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing details, artwork files, order details, and payment-related information.

If we offer a contest or survey, participation is voluntary and you may choose whether to provide the requested information.

We retain information about orders and purchases, including products, quantities, artwork and production specifications, delivery information, payment status, and customer communications, as needed to fulfil orders and maintain business records.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the shopping cart working, remember preferences, measure website use, and support site security. Cookies are stored by your browser and may be disabled through browser settings, although parts of the website, including the cart, may not work correctly.

Third-party services used for payments, analytics, hosting, or other business functions may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their respective privacy policies.

We use personal information to operate and improve our website, provide requested products and services, process and deliver orders, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications where permitted.

We may share only the information needed with service providers that support payment processing, order fulfilment, file storage, email delivery, analytics, and hosting. These providers are expected to safeguard it and use it only for the services they provide. Card details are handled by our secure payment provider and are not stored by Viva Prints.

We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected unlawful activity, or as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of the business.

Our website may link to independent third-party websites or services. Information you provide to those parties is collected and used under their own privacy policies, not this policy.

• Marketing: You may ask us to stop sending promotional email, telephone, or mail communications. We may still contact you about your orders or use of the website.
• Information requests: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.
• Cookies: You may manage cookies through your browser settings, recognizing that disabling them can affect website features.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to personal information to people and service providers who need it to operate the business, fulfil orders, or maintain the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
